Just got my new Curve 8530 and I constantly get scratches on my phones. So I thought I would try Otterbox. I chose the Commuter case because I didn’t want a bulky case but I didn’t want a purely silicon case that would get caught in my pocket. The Commuter case is a nice blend of the silicon case with a bit of extra protection without being bulky. The screen protector being included is a great addition. Plus, its not the thin film screen protector, but more of a solid piece of plastic (but still not too thick). The only drawback on the case I have found is that the left edge of the case next to the keyboard has a bit of a ridge, which makes typing on the left side a bit more difficult. Overall, I would recommend this case.
